The Trimming and Waste Suction Unit (WSU) is an industrial unit for bag top trimming waste removal out of the ACM or GIA Sealer. The WSU is directly connected to the secondary packaging machine/sealer and is operated through its display panel.
Performance
The Trimming and Waste Suction Unit is used when the customer wants to cut the excess of the polybag after it has been sealed. The excess is cut off by the sealer bar of the ACM or GIA Sealer and suctioned off by the WSU. It is then collected in a crate present inside the WSU that has to be changed when full.
